Tuesday Thought: Consistency


Coaches and players mark my words! The #1 factor in determining the efficacy of a training program is not the sets, reps, exercises, music, coach, equipment, supplement etc. Its consistency!

Consistently showing up. Consistently putting in effort. Consistently going to bed on time. Consistently putting good fuel in your body.
Be Consistent!

Coaches, what are you doing to ensure the adherence and accountability of your athletes?

Athletes, are you taking responsibility for your own development, or are you relying on external factors? What tools and processes have you put in place to make sure your are maximizing you performance and recovery?

Keep it simple. Be consistent.
