My contention is this: why is it ok, even encouraged for men to pursue sport with every fiber, regardless of the toll on their body, scars, weight gain, injury; but women are only expected to do so as long as they remain "feminine"?

Justin, the founder of Prototype Sports Performance, is an educator and strength and conditioning coach;
Justin values life long learning and has accumulated an alphabet soup: B.A., B.Ed, OCT, CSCS, USATF-1, USAW-SP1, PN1. However, most importantly he is an advocate for the best interests of the athletes everywhere!
Justin lives in Oakville, ON with his wife Evelyn and Hercules (my dog; not allowed to be that awesome and name my kid that, it’s been vetoed).
